These rewards include bonus shares, buyback of shares, dividend, etc. For such investors, there is a piece of stock market news as six stocks are going to trade ex-dividend on Monday and those six dividend stocks are Reliance Industrial Infrastructure, Apcotex Industries, Tata Investment Corporation, Indian Bank, ICICI Lombard and Cyient.

1] ICICI Lombard: The board of directors of the company has declared final dividend ₹5.50 per share for the financial year 2022-23. The company board also fixed record date for dividend on 12th June 2023.
ICICI Lombard informed Indian bourses about the final dividend payment citing, “The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 has recommended final dividend of ₹5.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 55.0% of face value of ₹10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
2] Cyient: The board of directors of this IT company has announced final dividend of ₹16 per share for the financial year 2022-23. The company board has fixed record date for final dividend payment on 12th June 2023.
Cyient informed Indian stock market exchanges about final dividend citing, “This is to inform that 12 June 2023 is fixed as the cut-off date for the purpose of final dividend and e-voting in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 21st June 2023,” adding, “It is further informed that the board of directors of the company have recommended a Final dividend of ₹16.00 per equity share (320%) on par value of ₹5.00 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 to those members as on record date (12 June 2023) subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.”
3] Indian Bank: The board of directors of the bank has considered and approved final dividend of ₹8.60 per share to its eligible shareholders for the financial year 2022-23. The board of the PSU bank also fixed record date for final dividend on 12th June 2023.
Indian Bank informed Indian bourses about the final dividend citing, “We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on date i.e., 08.05.2023 has, inter alia, approved Record Date for payment of dividend will be Monday, the 12th June, 2023 (closure of Business Hours). The payment of dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.”
On final dividend payable to eligible shareholders, Indian Bank said, “Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on date i.e. Monday, 8th May,2023, inter alia, approved dividend of Rs.8.60 per Equity Share i.e. @ 86% of paid up Equity Capital of the Bank for the Financial Year 2022-23.”
4] Reliance Industrial Infrastructure: The company shares are going to trade ex-dividend today for payment of ₹3.50 per share dividend.
5] Tata Investment Corporation: Out of 28 listed Tata group companies, one Tata group company is going to trade ex-dividend today and that company is Tata Investment Corporation. The company has declared final dividend of ₹48 per share for the financial year 2022-23.
6] Apcotex Industries: Among dividend stocks today, small-cap company Apcotex Industries is also going to trade ex-dividend today for payment of ₹3.50 per share final dividend to its eligible shareholders.
